Must be 16 years of age to purchase fireworks

No smoking within 100 ft.

Always launch fireworks outside from a flat surface in open/ventilated areas away from other people, animals, and buildings
Never use fireworks under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Do not hold onto lit fireworks

Never relight a dud: Wait 10-15 minutes and then soak in water before discarding

Never stand over fireworks when lighting. After lighting, immediately walk a safe distance away from the firework
